What should we learn, English as lingua franca or “formal” English?

Nowadays we have more opportunities to learn a second language, but which is better? The lingua franca or formal? Is there any difference between those two? Yes! For learning a new language the easier way is the lingua franca that is interacting between two people that doesn’t have the English as a mother language, so you are able to learn the same expressions and spelling, but every time the persons learn English with lingua franca the idiom starts to change, because the people commence to make modifications in certain words that feel difficult to them to pronounce. In the other way around the “formal” is with a native speaker, so you would be able to achieve a better pronunciation, grammar, and more aspects of the language. Now we can say that the easiest to learn English is the lingua franca, but that doesn’t mean that is the best way to learn a new language.
